Create colorized graphene sheets from pictures.

Instantly create a colorized graphene sheet from an image.

Go to Edit > Preferences > Rendering to change default atom representations in Structural models (for example to change the default size of atoms) and other rendering options (lighting, etc.).

Capture images with F10.

The generated sheet can then be simulated like any other sheet with the Brenner interaction model.
Graphene Colorizer is an extension for SAMSON,
the integrative platform for molecular design.

To use Graphene Colorizer:

1. Create your free account and choose a molecular design plan
2. Download and install SAMSON on your computer
3. Come back to this page to add the extension to your account


When you restart SAMSON, the extension will be automatically installed
and will be usable directly from within SAMSON.
