This tool is a demonstration of ANDROMEDA by Prosilico. The free version predicts three out of ca 30 available properties of a molecule based on its SMILES code:

• Passive Pe-class: Passive permeability class (low, moderate, high, very high)
• Vss: Steady-state volume of distribution
• MRP2: MRP2 substrate - Yes / No / No training support / Inconclusive
