Find and visualize hydrogen bonds.
Find the following hydrogen bonds:
F−H···:F, O−H···:N, O−H···:O, O−H···:S, N−H···:N, N−H···:O, N−H···:S, S−H···:S, C−H···:O.
The bonds are detected based on a max. threshold distance and angle between donor, hydrogen and acceptor atoms, and displayed as a visual model.
You can modify parameters of the displayed H-bonds in the Inspector for the visual model.
