Visualize the angle, bond, and projected bond distortions of a molecular or crystalic structure.

This App permits to visualize with colors the distortion of a molecular or crystalic structure. The angle distortion, the bond distortion and the projected bond distortion can be represented with colors on bonds and atoms.

This SAMSON Element has been originally created by Francois Rousse as a part of his research work at NANO-D, Inria.

What's new

0.7.1 : ; can now project on an axis: create a Bond Projected Length Distortion Visual model, select "Project on vector", write your vector and click "Project" to do so.

Bond Distortion Visualisation is an extension for SAMSON,
the integrated platform for molecular design.

To use Bond Distortion Visualisation:

1. Create your free account and choose a molecular design plan
2. Download and install SAMSON on your computer
3. Come back to this page to add the extension to your account


When you restart SAMSON, the extension will be automatically installed
and will be usable directly from within SAMSON.
