Create animation from a list of conformations
This extension is deprecated since SAMSON 0.8.0: starting from SAMSON 0.8.0 you can now combine conformations in a path that you can visualize using the Inspector.
This SAMSON Element allows you to create animation from a list of conformations.
There are 3 play modes: loop, only 1 time, or continuous back-forth.
You can change the frame order by drag-and-drop in the frame list.
Animation Player is an extension for SAMSON,

To use Animation Player:
1. Create your free account
and choose a molecular design plan

2. Download
and install SAMSON on your computer

|
3. Come back to this page to add the extension to
your account
|

When you restart SAMSON, the extension will be automatically installed
and will be usable directly from within SAMSON.
