The scope is to determine if pairs of proteins interact and provide their binding region details.
The required input are the nucleotide sequences of both proteins.
We use proprietary methods and computational algorithms to provide accurate results.
The extension includes 2 free trial executions, then for a limited time 1,200 credits per execution.

Instructions
- Insert the name of Protein 1
- Insert or paste the NUCLEOTIDE sequence (a,c,g,t) of Protein 1
- Insert the name of Protein 2
- Insert or paste the NUCLEOTIDE sequence (a,c,g,t) of Protein 2
- Click the "Compute Interactions" button
- The results will be displayed in the "Results" window, including the protein names, start and end positions of the amino acids involved. The regions can include additional aa close to the positions displayed.
