- Insert or paste the NUCLEOTIDE sequence (a,c,g,t) of Protein 1
- Insert the name of Protein 2
- Insert or paste the NUCLEOTIDE sequence (a,c,g,t) of Protein 2
- Click the "Compute Interactions" button
- The results will be displayed in the "Results" window
