This file demonstrates some color schemes that can be applied to structures:

  • Chain ID
  • Hydrophobicity
  • Occupancy
  • Residue type
  • Secondary structure
  • Sequence number
  • Side chain charge
  • Side chain polarity
  • Temperature factor

Use the Biology menu to apply these color schemes.

For complex scenes, use Visual Presets to quickly apply multiple visual representations simultaneously.
