Convert between a path and a series of conformations. - For path -> conformations. Select a path or several paths from Document View in SAMSON, open the app, then click on the button "A path to confo

Convert between a path and a series of conformations.

  • For path -> conformations. Select a path or several paths from Document View in SAMSON, open the app, then click on the button "A path to conformations". For each path, a list of conformations with the same name will be created with sequence numbers.
  • For conformations -> path. Select a list of conformations from Document View in SAMSON, open the app, click on the button "Conformations to a path", then give the path name.
Path <-> Conformations converter is an extension for SAMSON,
the integrative platform for molecular design.

To use Path <-> Conformations converter:

1. Create your free account and choose a molecular design plan
2. Download and install SAMSON on your computer
3. Come back to this page to add the extension to your account
