The app can save a path or several paths to a pdb or separate pdb file(s). It can even save a list of conformations to a pdb or separate pdb file(s). Select one path or several paths or a list of conformations in the Document View in SAMSON. Then open the app and use the corresponding buttons.
Path2Pdb is an extension for SAMSON,
the integrative platform for molecular design.

To use Path2Pdb:

1. Create your free account and choose a molecular design plan
2. Download and install SAMSON on your computer
3. Come back to this page to add the extension to your account


When you restart SAMSON, the extension will be automatically installed
and will be usable directly from within SAMSON.
