This file demonstrates some visual representations that can be applied to structures:

  • Ball-and-stick
  • Licorice
  • Van der Waals
  • Cartoon
  • Ribbons
  • Tubes
  • Gaussian surface
  • Solvent accessible surface
  • Solvent excluded surface

Use the Visualization menu and the Biology menu to apply these representations.

For complex scenes, use Visual Presets to quickly apply multiple visual representations simultaneously.
This document can be opened in SAMSON,
the integrated platform for molecular design.
